When Wesley records a call
Wesley joins a video call when someone at a company that uses it asks it to take notes. Here is what it records and how to stop it.
What Wesley is
Wesley is an AI employee that runs inside a company: it oversees the business, runs a team of AI agents, and helps each person with their own work. When someone there asks, it joins their video calls to take notes.
What Wesley records
Audio, video and a transcript of the call, with each speaker’s name.
Notes and action items written from the call.
It says so in the meeting chat as soon as it joins.
It shows on the call as Wesley (notetaker).
Who can see it
People from the company that invited Wesley who were on the call or invited to it.
People they share it with inside that company.
That company’s admins.
Someone given a task from the call sees that task and the line it came from.
Guests from other companies get no access through Wesley.
Pause it in the call
Type stop in the meeting chat and Wesley pauses the recording.
Type start and it records again.
Anyone on the call can do this.
