These terms are an agreement between you and Intentionally Creative LLC for your use of heywesley.ai. Please read them; using Wesley means you accept them.

Figures, examples and case studies on the site describe past results for specific clients. They are not a promise of future results.

The site links to other sites and services, including our own products. We are not responsible for sites we do not run, and their own terms apply there.

Disclaimers and liability

This website is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about it and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it. Our total liability relating to it is limited to US$100. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Before filing a claim, please contact us at support@heywesley.ai so we can try to resolve it; we will respond within 30 days. If we can't, either party may bring the claim in the state and federal courts located in Onondaga County, New York, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction. Either party may also bring an individual claim in small claims court where it qualifies.

If you are a consumer, you keep any rights the laws of the place you live give you that cannot be waived by contract, including the right to bring a claim in your local courts where those laws allow it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We change the date at the top, and for a material change we give you at least 14 days' notice by email or in the site before it takes effect. Changes don't apply to disputes that arose before they took effect.
